Acceptable Use & Content Policy

Last updated: 28 June 2026

This Content Policy sets out what you may and may not do when using Artwelt to generate and edit images and videos. It supplements our Terms of Service. We apply it to keep the Service safe, lawful, and respectful of others’ rights.

1. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the prompts, uploads, and generated media associated with your account, and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and the usage terms of the underlying AI providers (Alibaba Cloud Model Studio and Replicate).

2. Prohibited content and conduct

You must not use the Service to create, upload, or distribute:

  • Child sexual abuse material or any content that sexualizes minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, or sexual content depicting real identifiable people without their consent.
  • Content that depicts or incites violence, terrorism, or serious harm.
  • Hateful or harassing content targeting people based on protected characteristics.
  • Deceptive deepfakes, impersonation, or misleading media intended to defraud, manipulate elections, or damage reputations.
  • Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights, including uploading images you do not have the rights to use.
  • Illegal goods or services, malware, or instructions facilitating serious wrongdoing.

3. Likeness and consent

Do not generate or edit media depicting real, identifiable individuals without an appropriate legal basis or their consent. Special care is required for public figures, minors, and any sensitive context.

4. No abuse of the Service

You must not attempt to circumvent safety filters or rate limits, reverse engineer the Service, scrape it at scale, resell access without authorization, or use it in a way that disrupts or degrades it for others.

5. Reporting and enforcement

To report content or conduct that violates this Policy, contact privacy@artwelt.app. We may review, remove, or restrict content, and suspend or terminate accounts, where we reasonably believe this Policy or the law has been breached. Serious violations may be reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Updates

We may update this Policy as the Service and legal landscape evolve. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
