Sub-processors

Artwelt uses the third-party providers below to deliver the Service. Each acts as a processor under a data processing agreement and processes personal data only on our instructions.

International transfers
Application data, including your account, database, and stored media, is hosted on Microsoft Azure in the European Union, and prompts and uploads are sent to AI providers in Singapore (Alibaba Cloud Model Studio) and the United States (Replicate). Because these are located outside Tunisia, your personal data is transferred abroad. Such transfers are carried out in accordance with Tunisian Organic Law No. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004, which may require authorization from the Instance Nationale de Protection des Données à caractère Personnel (INPDP), under appropriate contractual safeguards with each provider.
